The set also contains Miracle Fish Pouch One Month Supply of Fish Food, Fish Food Containers, Magnifying Glass, Food Siphon and Measuring Spoon.

How My Best Fish Friend Works

Step 1: Carefully remove the miracle pouch from the plastic bag. Ensure that you handle the pouch by the string so as not to damage My Best Fish Friend embryos.
 
Step 2: Use the clear 8-12 ounce container or fish bowl and fully submerge the miracle pouch in non-chlorinated, room temperature (64-86°F) water for at least 24 hours. It is best to use bottled water and if using tap water, place it in direct sunlight for at least 2 hours to remove all chlorine from the water or use a water conditioner from your local pet store. Gently move the pouch around in the water after it has been submerged for 24 hours. This will help any My Best Fish Friends that are still in the pouch to come out. The miracle pouch can produce up to 8 fish. Wait for a day or two to see how many My Best Fish Friends have hatched.
 
Step 3: Fill the 2 food cups with fresh, clean water as advised in step 2.With the measuring spoon in your tool kit pour out 1 level spoon of “non iodized” salt into the cups. Take a small pinch of fish food and place it into the cup of salt water. The food cups must be placed in a warm area – up to 80°F.
 
Step 4: Once the fish food is ready, you will notice the brine shrimp swimming around in the food cup. With a dropper from the box collect the brine shrimp from the food cup and feed My Best Fish Friends with 2 or 3 droppers full, twice or thrice a day. After 4 weeks increase this to 3 or 4 droppers full, twice or thrice a day. Use the magnifying glass to check the growth of My Best Fish Friends grow and watch them swim and feed.
 
Step 5: Change the water 1 week after My Best Fish Friends is hatched. Thereafter, change the water every 2-3 days. 2/3 of the old water should be removed from their container and gently add the required balance new water to the My Best Fish Friends container.
 
Step 6: Transfer the My Best Fish Friends, once they have grown to 2 inches in length, to an aquarium that holds 5 to 10 gallons of water. Place a small filter or air-stone in the aquarium.
